Warranty information Normally, we can fix your problem on the phone, or through emails. If we can not a technician will trouble shoot with you on the phone, or through emails to determine if a part is defective. If it is determined you need a part, the part will be ordered and if necessary a technician will be dispatched to install it. Service is subject to parts availability.
This warranty does NOT cover software, external devices, or any item added after leaving CyberPro's premise.
This warranty does NOT cover damage due to external causes, including abuse, accident, misuse, problems with electrical power, or Service by other than CyberPro. Warranty Period is for one Year from Date of Purchase unless additional Warranty time has been purchased.
